How quickly will you get back to me?

I reply to every enquiry within 24 hours, usually the same day. You'll receive the quote by e-mail.

Is the car insured while I drive it?

Yes. On pick-up we also fill in a handover report with photos.

How do I pay?

By invoice once the job is done – bank transfer or QR payment. Official and inspection fees are listed separately on the invoice.

Do you speak English or Ukrainian?

Yes – the website, e-mails and text messages are available in Czech, English and Ukrainian. Contracts and powers of attorney are always in Czech.

How can I see the status of my job?

Once you confirm the quote, you'll get a link showing the progress, dates and documents.

Do I need to get my signature certified?

Yes, the registry requires a certified signature. A Czech POINT desk at a post office or municipal office will do it in a few minutes.

How long does a transfer take?

Usually 1–3 working days after I receive the complete documents.

Can you handle a transfer after inheritance?

Yes, the inheritance court decision is simply added to the documents.

Does the car have to stay with you?

No. It can stay with you and I'll arrange viewings, or I can take it – whatever we agree.

How does the buyer pay?

Either directly to you or through me – as agreed in the contract.

Where do you advertise the car?

On the main classified-ad portals and social networks.

What if the car fails the inspection?

I'll call you and offer a repair at a garage and a repeat inspection.

Will you remind me about the next inspection?

Yes, if you'd like – by e-mail and text message about a month in advance.

Can I choose my own garage?

Yes. Or I can recommend one of my partner garages.

Will the repair cost more than I expect?

Not without your consent – I agree every quote with you beforehand.

Do I have to return the car refuelled?

Yes, with the same fuel level as at handover.

Is the car insured?

Yes, both third-party liability and comprehensive insurance.
